The device enables the collection, transport and delivery of eggs, especially for poultry-raising plant, and has several cages which are located one over the other at different levels, as well as egg collection belt arranged in front of each cage level. In the delivery region of each collection belt is an egg lift comprising a circularly-driven conveyor chain drive, equipped with small support frames matched to the size of the eggs, on to which the eggs are transfered from the collection belt. The small support frames are pivotally connected to the conveyor.
